Description
The Commercial Property Solicitor will be:


* Managing a broad range of commercial property transactions from instruction to completion
* Advising on acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
* Handling landlord and tenant matters for a varied client base
* Advising on development, investment and corporate occupier work
* Working with clients with inter family and company property transfers alongside specialist private client colleagues
* Acting on secured lending matters including mortgages and charges
* Preparing and negotiating easements, options, pre emption agreements and other ancillary property documents
* Building relationships with clients across privately owned businesses, charities, landed estates and trusts
Profile
The Commercial Property Solicitor should be:


* A solicitor with between 0 and 3 years’ PQE
* Experienced in commercial property transactions
* Confident advising on acquisitions, disposals and landlord and tenant matters
* Able to manage files with appropriate supervision
* A strong communicator with excellent client care skills
* Commercially aware with strong drafting and negotiation abilities


Job Offer
*Salary range of £55,000 to £60,000 per annum.
