Full job descriptionWe are currently recruiting for a recruitment coordinator to join a well-established organisation based in Harwich.
Working closely with hiring managers and the HR team, you’ll coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring vacancies are managed efficiently and candidates receive a professional experience throughout.

*Coordinate recruitment activity from vacancy approval through to onboarding.
*Advertise vacancies across relevant job boards and recruitment platforms.
*Arrange interviews and assessments, liaising with hiring managers and candidates.
*Act as the first point of contact for recruitment enquiries via telephone and email.
*Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates.
Requirements:
As a recruitment coordinator, you will need…
*Previous experience in managing the end to end recruitment cycle
*Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and deadlines.
*Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records.
*Confident communication skills, both over the telephone and via email.
*Experience coordinating diaries, interviews or appointments.
*The ability to build effective relationships with candidates, hiring managers and external agencies.
*A proactive approach with the confidence to work independently and use initiative.

*Flexible working hours (8:00am–4:00pm or 9:00am–5:00pm)
*Flexible hybrid working - 2 days on site, 3 days working from home
