OverviewWe are supporting a well established financial planning firm seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join their team. This is a key technical role supporting advisers with high quality research, analysis and report writing.
Key Responsibilities*Technical research across pensions, investments and protection
*Cashflow modelling and scenario analysis
*Preparing suitability reports, recommendations and supporting documentation
*Liaising with providers and internal teams to gather information
*Ensuring all advice meets compliance and regulatory standards
*Supporting advisers with preparation for client meetings
*Contributing to process improvements within a small, collaborative team
Experience & Qualifications*Experience in a paraplanning role is essential
*Ideally Diploma qualified (Level 4)
*Part qualified candidates considered with minimum two exams passed (three preferred)
*Strong technical knowledge across pensions and investments
*High attention to detail and confident working independently
Salary & Package

*Up to £37,000–£40,000 for more technical or experienced hires
*Exam support including:
*Study materials and first exam paid
*Two days’ study leave per exam (first sitting)
*£500 salary increase per exam passed
*4x death in service (after six months)
*Westfield Health (after one year)
*5% employer pension contribution
*Holiday progression: additional days after three years, up to +5 days after eight years
