The Opportunity:
We’re working with a leading UK residential developer delivering high-quality, affordable homes across the country. With a strong pipeline and commitment to creating thriving communities, they are now looking to appoint an Assistant Site Manager to support the delivery of live developments in Worcestershire.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to step into a more progressive role, working within a structured and supportive environment where development is genuinely encouraged.
The Role:
Working closely with the Site Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality.
Key responsibilities include:
*Supporting the day-to-day management of site operations
*Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and site activities
*Monitoring build progress against programme targets
*Maintaining high standards of health & safety and compliance
*Supporting the customer journey through to handover
*Assisting with cost control and efficient site delivery
*Stepping up to lead the site when required
About You:
You will already be working within a housebuilding environment and looking to progress your career in site management.
You’ll bring:
*SMSTS, Black CSCS Card & First Aid
*NVQ Level 6 or equivalent (desirable, not essential)
*Strong understanding of NHBC standards and Building Regulations
*Experience managing subcontractors and supporting site delivery
*A proactive, organised and collaborative approach
