We are seeking an experienced and qualified Finance Manager to join a growing organisation. This is a key role responsible for delivering accurate financial reporting, maintaining strong financial controls, and supporting budgeting, forecasting, and audit processes.
Key Responsibilities
*Prepare and deliver accurate monthly management accounts, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reporting.
*Lead balance sheet reconciliations and maintain the integrity of financial records
*Manage year-end processes and coordinate audit preparation
*Provide insightful financial analysis
*Support budgeting and forecasting activities
*Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and reporting requirements
Candidate Requirements
*Fully qualified accountant
*Proven experience producing end-to-end management accounts for a SME
*Strong audit preparation experience with the ability to maintain accurate and well-documented financial records.
*Demonstrable experience identifying, investigating, and resolving accounting discrepancies.
*Advanced proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel, with experience using Sage Intacct highly desirable.
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
*Desirable - Experience reporting into a company Owner/ Founder
