You’ll act as the key link between customers, suppliers, and internal teams—handling enquiries, processing orders, and ensuring everything runs smoothly from quotation to delivery.
What you’ll do:
*Deliver excellent customer service via phone & email
*Process orders, returns, and queries accurately
*Manage supplier orders, pricing, and delivery timelines
*Resolve issues and maintain strong relationships
*Support operations, product data, and logistics
What you’ll need:
*Strong communication and organisation skills
*Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
*Confident with Outlook & Excel
*Customer-first, proactive approach
