Full job descriptionA leading construction consultancy in Leeds is looking for a Project Manager to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager with construction consultancy experience to work across a varied portfolio of high-quality projects while developing within a respected national business.
The Project Manager will support projects from inception through to completion, working closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and senior stakeholders. This Project Manager role would suit a capable Project Manager who is organised, client-facing, and confident managing programmes, risks, reporting, and project delivery. The successful Project Manager will join a busy Leeds team with strong regional project work and clear career development opportunities.
You must have prior construction consultancy experience to be considered for this role.
The Project Manager’s roleThe Project Manager will manage construction projects across Leeds and the wider Yorkshire region, supporting both pre-contract and post-contract stages.
The Project Manager will be responsible for programme management, consultant coordination, procurement support, risk tracking, reporting, chairing meetings, contract administration, and contractor liaison.
The Project Manager will also support clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring schemes are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
The Project ManagerThe successful Project Manager will have:
*Prior experience working within a construction consultancy environment
*Experience across commercial, residential, education, healthcare, public sector, or mixed-use projects
*A degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, or similar
*MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB, or working towards
*Good knowledge of JCT contracts
*Strong communication and client-facing skills
*A proactive and professional approach
