Our client, a successful independent Estate Agency with a strong presence across Surrey and South London, is seeking an enthusiastic individual with excellent administration skills and previous estate agency experience would be helpful.
The role requires a highly organised and proactive individual with strong administration skills, ideally gained within a property environment.

*Manage incoming calls and emails professionally
*Support the branch in delivering an efficient customer experience
*Ensure compliance with internal processes and industry regulations

*Strong administrative background (Estate Agency experience advantageous)
*Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
*High level of customer service and communication skills
*Confident telephone manner and positive attitude
*Competent in Microsoft Office and Estate Agency software

*Team player with initiative and self-motivation
*Professional, well-presented, and client-focused
