We are actively seeking an Operational Finance Administrator for a highly reputable company.
The main office location is based in Bury, but the role does involve some occasional travel to other sites across the North West, North Wales, the North East and Scotland. These will sometimes require overnight stays, which are fully covered by expenses.
The main duties include:
*Training and supporting new and existing site administrators
*Ensure accurate information is provided for the Accounts receivable function
*Ensure that the payroll information provided and the systems that are relied upon for payroll are accurate
*Support the sites to understand and follow purchase ledger policies
*Support the sites so that they understand how to fully reconcile their petty cash and service user monies
*Provide assurance that sites are 100% audit compliant
*Liaise with all finance functions and internal audit to understand areas where additional training is needed
Our client is looking for a candidate who has:
*Experience of working in a Senior Administrator role
*Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate well with people at all levels
*Good Excel skills
*The ability to work well in a fast paced environment and on own initiative
*Excellent organisational skills
*A full UK drivers licence
Some finance experience would be a bonus, but not essential.
