Description
*Prepare and review financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards.
*Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic planning.
*Manage month-end and year-end closing activities, including reconciliations.
*Provide analysis of financial performance to stakeholders within the Accounting & Finance department.
*Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation and responding to queries.
*Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
*Identify opportunities for process improvements within financial operations.
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various financial projects.
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
*A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
*Professional accounting qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA).
*Experience in financial reporting and analysis within a professional setting.
*A strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
*Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
