Description
*Manage a caseload of family law matters, including divorce, financial disputes
*Provide clients with clear, accurate, and practical legal advice tailored to their unique circumstances.
*Draft legal documents such as court applications, and correspondence.
Profile
We’re seeking a family solicitor who is:
*2-3 years PQE with strong family law experience
*Experienced in managing their own caseload independently
*Ambitious and passionate about modern, constructive approaches to family law
*Experienced in working with high-net-worth clients and/or complex family law matters
*An advocate of Non-Court Dispute Resolution (NCDR)
*Resolution member (or willing to become one)
*Commercially aware with a proactive approach to business development
*An excellent communicator with exceptional client care skills
*Able to supervise and support junior team members
*Highly organised with strong attention to detail
*Experienced using case management systems and Microsoft Office

*A salary ranging from £60,000 to £70,000 per annum.
