Job Description:
Full job descriptionOur client, a leading manufacturing business, is looking for a Process Engineer to join their engineering team. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive continuous improvement, support new product introduction, and deliver manufacturing projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
*Lead process improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
*Manage engineering projects from concept through to production handover.
*Support equipment installation and commissioning.
*Investigate and resolve production issues using structured problem-solving techniques.
*Produce and maintain engineering documentation, including SOPs, BOMs, PFMEAs, ECRs and ECOs.
*Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and process validation.
*Work cross-functionally to improve quality, efficiency, and production performance.
About You
*Experience in a Process or Manufacturing Engineering role.
*Strong knowledge of Lean/Continuous Improvement methodologies.
*Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
*Experience within a manufacturing environment.
