This role is perfect for someone who thrives on providing clear, legally compliant advice and enjoys building meaningful relationships with clients.
As a Payroll Advisor based in Manchester, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through the intricacies of payroll management. Your day-to-day activities will involve responding promptly to client queries via telephone, offering practical solutions that align with legal requirements while highlighting any potential risks associated with non-compliance.
Specific duties include:
*Provide detailed advice and guidance to clients on payroll policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure their ongoing compliance with current legislation.
*Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll law and industry best practices so you can offer the most accurate information possible to clients.
*Log all advice accurately within the internal system while taking ownership of ongoing cases from start to resolution.

*Contribute ideas for improving processes and participate in initiatives aimed at enhancing overall service quality.
Ideally you will have experience in the following areas:

*CIPP qualification or equivalent experience demonstrates your commitment to professional standards within the field of payroll administration.

*Meticulous attention to detail.
This organisation stands out as an industry leader committed not only to excellence in service delivery but also to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued.
