Based at the company’s Head Office in Brixton, this is a hands-on management team role working closely with the Managing Director and external accountants to oversee the day-to-day finance operation while providing strategic financial guidance.
The successful candidate will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, reporting and maintaining strong financial controls to support the continued success of the business.

What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as an Accounts & Finance Director:
*Leading and managing the day-to-day finance and accounts function across the business
*Preparing management accounts, budgets, financial forecasts and cash flow reports for senior leadership
*Ensuring compliance with all financial regulations, statutory requirements and internal controls
*Managing relationships with external accountants, auditors, HMRC and financial advisers
*Providing commercial financial insight and strategic recommendations to support business growth
*Overseeing payroll, tax planning, audits and financial reporting while identifying and managing financial risk
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
*ACCA, AAT or equivalent accounting qualification is essential
*Previous Accounts and Finance leadership experience within an estate agency or property company is essential
*Strong knowledge of financial reporting, statutory compliance and accounting best practice
*Experience producing budgets, forecasts, management accounts and cash flow analysis
*Confident working closely with Directors and providing commercial financial guidance
*Excellent understanding of bookkeeping, payroll and financial controls
*Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills
*Professional communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
