They are looking for a strong Legal Counsel to support teams such as commercial and supply chain on all in-house legal matters.
Description
Legal Counsel will be responsible for:
*Drafting and preparing range of commercial agreements including NDAs, supply chain agreements, licensing and confidentiality agreements
*Working with cross-functional teams such as supply chain, procurement, commercial, finance
*Providing legal counsel and guidance to internal stakeholders and mitigating legal risk and ensuring compliance with internal governance framework and laws and regulations.
Profile
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
*Qualified Solicitor with in-house experience
*Good academics and ideally experience within similar industry
*Excellent drafting and negotiation skills for commercial agreements
*Pragmatic, commercial, and strong communicator
Job Offer
Package includes:
*Salary DOE between £65,000 - £85,000
*Bonus up to 12.5%
*Life assurance, income protection, private medical insurance
