We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our established team and manage a warm Commercial desk with excellent potential for growth.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated sales-focused recruiter, or someone looking to return to recruitment after a career break. You will be joining a small, supportive team within an established branch of a highly respected agency with an excellent reputation in the local market.
The successful candidate must have recruitment experience with a strong sales background. Commercial recruitment experience would be an advantage, although we will consider candidates from other sectors who have the right skills and drive.
Key responsibilities include:
*Managing a busy 360 recruitment desk
*Developing and maintaining client relationships
*Winning new business opportunities
*Sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates
*Delivering a high-quality service to both clients and candidates
About you:
*Previous recruitment experience is essential
*Strong sales and business development skills
*Confident communicator with a proactive approach
*Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
*Full UK driving licence required... Car available for all branch visits ect that’s is shared by the team
Working hours and flexibility:
The standard working hours are 9:00am–5:00pm. We understand the importance of work-life balance and will consider flexible arrangements for candidates with school or nursery commitments. A 4-day working week may also be considered.
This is an office-based role (not hybrid), and a vehicle is available for client visits, meetings, and business use.
