I’m currently partnering with a growing, ambitious, market leading, fully integrated marketing agency who are looking for a Digital Account Manager to join its expanding team in Birmingham.
Description
*Managing client accounts agency side is essential
*Strong B2B marketing experience across multiple sectors
*Experience working with SME clients and business owners
*A commercial mindset with a focus on delivering measurable ROI
*Knowledge of the full marketing mix (HubSpot experience would be a real advantage!)
*Confident presenting ideas, managing clients, and building lasting relationships
*Experience mentoring or overseeing junior team members
Profile
A successful Digital Account Manager should have:
*Proven experience managing client accounts within the media and agency industry.
*Experience managing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns.
*Working closely with senior leadership to develop client strategies.
*Presenting insights and recommendations to clients and prospects.
*Analysing campaign performance and driving continuous improvement.
*Supporting and developing junior members of the team.
Job Offer
*Salary of around £40k per annum.
*25 days of annual leave.
*Retention and new client bonuses.
