Full job descriptionShift Technician (4 on 4 off) - FMCG - Cumbria - Up to £50,000.

The business is a long established FMCG business, with sites across the UK and Europe. They have recently undergone a significant period of investment and are looking to expand their team. This role is based in Cumbria.
Shift Technician - The Details
*Salary up to £50,000
*4 on 4 off shift pattern
*Company pension Scheme
*Training and career development
Shift Technician - Requirements
*Experience working within FMCG is essential
*Experience within production in a team leader capacity is advantageous.
*Some degree of engineering knowledge is advantageous.
Shift Technician - Responsibilities
*Ensure safe operation of production facilities
*Liaise with the engineering team to ensure all breakdowns are attended to in a timely manner.
*Support delivery of KPIs.
*Deputise for the production manager as required.
