Full job descriptionWe are recruiting for multiple Customer Service Advisors to join a leading global financial services organisation based in Redhill. This is a fast-paced, regulated environment where you will support customers with a range of queries, including complaint resolution, ensuring fair, accurate and compliant outcomes.


Customer Service Advisors
Redhill
£15.00 per hour
Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm
Temporary (up to 6 months)
Start date: TBC


Key Responsibilities:
*Handling customer enquiries via telephone and written communication.
*Supporting customers with queries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
*Managing complaints where required and working towards fair resolutions.
*Writing clear, professional responses.
*Liaising with internal teams and third parties to support customer outcomes.
*Maintaining accurate records and ensuring service standards are met.


What we are looking for:
*Previous customer service experience.
*Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
*Ability to manage a busy and varied workload.
*Organised, proactive and detail-focused approach.


Initial office-based training will be provided, followed by hybrid working. This is a great opportunity to develop your customer service experience within a well-established global organisation
