We are currently recruiting for a Part-Time Temporary Admin Support role to join a This is a great opportunity for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and enjoys supporting operational processes.
Location: Ossett
Salary: £26 – 28k
Contract: Temporary, Part-Time
Working Pattern: Flexible working days between Tuesday and Friday
Key Responsibilities:
*Providing administrative support to the Quality Management Team
*Processing and updating information accurately within internal systems
*Maintaining organised filing systems (both electronic and paper-based)
*Supporting quality processes and documentation control
*Assisting with general administrative tasks as required
*Managing and Maintaining customer records
The ideal candidate should have:
*Previous experience in an administrative role
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy
*Excellent organisational and time management skills
*Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
*Able to work independently and manage priorities
*Positive, flexible, and team-focused approach
What They Offer:
