Full job descriptionHousing Officer (Complex Case Team)
Bedford, Permanent, Full time (37 hours per week)
Up to £37,000 per annum, including car allowance - Based on skills and experience


We are looking for a self-motivated individual, preferably with Housing Management experience to manage safeguarding and complex anti-social behaviour (ASB), ensuring a strong customer focus at all times.


What you will be doing:


*Managing safeguarding and complex ASB cases for the Home Team, ensuring legislation is followed and focusing on long term solutions.
*Managing cases where a greater focus or intervention is required.
*Working alongside the generic Housing Officers to ensure that comprehensive, consistent services are provided to our customers, ensuring they are at the heart of everything we do.
*Working closely with internal and external partners to ensure a seamless and wholistic offering to customers.
*Ensuring that tenancies are managed appropriately according to the circumstances of the household, making referrals and signposting for support as necessary.
*Working with customers with complex lives to ensure that property

*Experience of working in partnership with internal teams and external organisations to achieve shared goals
