Reporting into senior leadership, you’ll take ownership of a busy operational site, leading people, performance and continuous improvement across a demanding distribution and processing environment.
This is a visible, hands-on leadership role where you’ll spend your time supporting frontline teams, driving operational excellence and embedding new ways of working.
Key responsibilities of the Warehouse Operations Manager include:
*Leading the day-to-day operation to ensure safety, service and performance targets are achieved
*Developing and coaching frontline managers to build capability across the site
*Driving process improvements and supporting the implementation of modern warehouse systems and operational disciplines
*Leading change within a business that is investing heavily in its future growth
*Working closely with transport, planning and wider operational teams to deliver exceptional customer service
*Identifying opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency and operational performance
