Location: Bristol, Hybrid with 3 days in the office per week
Salary: £50,000-£60,000
We’re working with an established Bristol agency that partners with a range of brands to deliver data driven marketing and communications.
It’s an exciting time to join, with new projects, growing client relationships and plenty of opportunity to make a real impact. They’re looking for an experienced Senior Account Director to lead key client accounts while mentoring and developing the wider client services team.
What you’ll be doing
Being the main voice and trusted partner for key clients.
Owning big, high-impact accounts and steering the work from idea through to delivery, making sure it’s smart and on point.
Spotting opportunities before anyone asks, new ideas, new ways of working, and ways to grow accounts in a meaningful way
Bringing teams together to get the best out of the work (and the people behind it)
Keeping one eye on account commercials, budgets, forecasts, and making sure you are set up for long-term success
Leading by example, mentoring the account team, and helping others step up and do their best work
The experience you’ll need
Solid agency experience as an Account Director
Confidence leading large projects, thinking strategically, and holding your own in senior client conversations
A proactive mindset, with the ability to spot opportunities, shape ideas, and drive things forward
