Full-time | 37.5 hours per week | 4-Month Fixed Term Contract
We’re looking for an organised, customer-focused Service Analyst to join our IT Service Delivery team on a 4-month fixed term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, delivering a seamless IT onboarding experience and ensuring colleagues have the right access, equipment and support from day one.
You’ll play a key role in managing the end-to-end onboarding, internal mover and offboarding processes, working closely with managers, HR, IT teams and third-party suppliers to deliver an efficient, secure and customer-focused service.
About the RoleAs the Service Analyst, you’ll take ownership of the full lifecycle of IT onboarding, movers and leavers, ensuring user accounts, applications and equipment are managed accurately, securely and in line with business and security requirements.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll build strong relationships across the business, resolve access-related queries and contribute to continuous improvements that enhance both the employee and customer experience.
What You’ll Be Doing*Manage the complete IT onboarding process for new employees and contractors, ensuring accounts, applications and equipment are ready before their first day.
*Coordinate the offboarding process, securing user accounts, removing system access and managing the return and tracking of IT assets.
*Support internal role changes by updating and removing access in line with business requirements.
*Process user access requests and maintain accurate access control records.
*Build strong relationships with hiring managers and provide regular communication throughout the onboarding and offboarding process.
*Liaise with internal IT teams and third-party suppliers to ensure service levels are achieved.
*Maintain onboarding documentation, welcome guides and IT induction materials.
*Investigate and resolve access-related issues.
*Ensure all access permissions comply with security, governance and audit requirements.
*Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance service delivery.
*Escalate risks or service issues where appropriate.

You’ll ideally have:
*Experience working within an IT support, IT service delivery or customer service environment.
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
*A proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
*An inquisitive mindset and a passion for improving processes.
*Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
*A basic understanding of IT hardware, software and networking concepts.
*The ability to work accurately while maintaining security, compliance and confidentiality.
