We are seeking a dedicated Site Assistant to join our client in Enfield. This role is crucial for maintaining the safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency of their school environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth running of the school premises.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Lock up duties including securing doors, closing windows, and setting alarms to ensure the school’s security.
*Conduct litter picking to maintain cleanliness around the school premises.
*Handle site and grounds maintenance tasks such as gardening and painting to keep the school environment welcoming and safe.
*Maintain toilet standards by replenishing supplies like toilet rolls and hand soap.
*Manage gate duties for the primary section, including opening and closing gates at designated times.
*Respond to any other reasonable requests related to the job role, demonstrating flexibility and commitment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience in facility maintenance or a similar role.
*Good understanding of health and safety regulations.
*Ability to handle physical tasks and stand for extended periods.
*Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
*Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
*A cooperative team player who can also work independently.
*A clear enhanced DBS is essential for this role
