This part-time HR Advisor role offers an exciting opportunity for to contribute to an organisation that values growth, development, and employee wellbeing.

Key responsibilities:
*Provide HR advice and guidance to management and staff on a range of employment matters.
*Assist with recruitment processes, including drafting job descriptions, screening applicants, and organising interviews.
*Support onboarding and induction activities for new employees.
*Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring data protection compliance.
*Monitor and promote HR policies and procedures across the organisation.
*Assist with grievances, disciplinaries, and performance management processes.
*Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and wellbeing programmes.
About you:
*Previous experience as an HR Advisor or in a comparable HR role.
*CIPD level 3 or 5 preferred.
*Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Organised with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
*Proactive, approachable, and supportive approach to working with colleagues.
*Confidence in using HR information systems and Microsoft Office suite.
*Enjoys working as part of a supportive team.
*Looking for a term time only opportunity.
What’s on offer:
*Salary in the region of £23,000 - £24,600 (pro-rata salary for term time only, 30 hours per week).
*Part-time hours with flexible working arrangements, preferably over 5 days, 4 as a minimum.
*Term time only (with extra ad hoc days as required)
