AssocRICS qualified and looking for flexibility with exceptional earning potential?
We’re recruiting for a Residential Surveyor to join a highly successful and growing chartered surveying practice on a consultancy basis in the Lancaster area. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced surveyor seeking the flexibility of remote working while benefiting from a strong fee split, administrative support, and uncapped earning potential.
Working a minimum of 2 days per week, you’ll cover a 25-mile radius from your home, carrying out residential surveys and valuations using industry-leading reporting software.
The Role
As a Residential Surveyor, you will:
*Carry out RICS Level 2 HomeBuyer Surveys
*Undertake Mortgage Valuations
*Deliver accurate, professional reports using industry-leading software
*Provide expert advice to clients in line with RICS standards
*Manage your own workload efficiently while maintaining high service levels
*Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients
*Ensure all work is completed in accordance with industry regulations and best practice
Residential Surveyor Requirements
*AssocRICS qualified or above
*Minimum of two years’ post-qualification surveying experience
*VRS registered
*Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Ability to work independently and manage your own diary
*Full UK driving licence

Working Arrangement
