We are recruiting on behalf of a leading professional services firm for a Trainee Company Secretary to join their busy and highly regarded Governance team. This office-based role offers an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career while working towards the Chartered Governance Qualification.
Key Responsibilities
*Maintain statutory records and prepare company documentation
*Submit Confirmation Statements and filings to Companies House
*Assist with company and LLP formations
*Draft meeting minutes and conduct corporate searches
Key Skills
*Minimum 120 UCAS points (graduates: 2:1 preferred)
*Keen interest in a career in corporate governance
*CGI qualifications advantageous
*Prior company secretarial experience advantageous
