We are seeking a qualified Group Accountant to join our Statutory Accounting team within a growing international business.
This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong accountant with a solid background in both statutory reporting and tax.
Key Responsibilities:
*Preparation and review of statutory accounts across multiple entities.
*Review of monthly P&L, balance sheet reconciliations and financial statements.
*Management of tax compliance activities, including VAT, tax computations, filings and declarations.
*Ownership of deferred tax calculations and support with R&D tax claims.
*Liaison with external auditors and review of audit and tax deliverables.
*Support international tax compliance and reporting requirements.
*Manage and develop a small team of two finance professionals.
About You:
*ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualified accountant.
*Ideally 3+ years PQE.
*Strong statutory accounting and audit experience.
*Confident with tax matters including tax computations, deferred tax and VAT compliance.
*Experience reviewing financial statements and working with external auditors.
*Previous team leadership or supervisory experience.
*International tax exposure would be advantageous.
