The Role
As a Graduate Executive Search Consultant, you will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and placing top-tier talent into leading organisations. From day one, you will gain exposure to high-level business conversations and develop specialist market expertise.
Key responsibilities include:
*Conducting in-depth market research and mapping senior professionals across global markets
*Identifying and headhunting high-calibre candidates for key client mandates
*Building long-term relationships with candidates and clients
*Supporting senior consultants on live searches and client projects
*Writing candidate profiles and presenting shortlists to clients
*Developing a strong understanding of financial markets and industry trends
