London | Hybrid Working | £50,000 – £60,000 + Bonus + Benefits
A well-established Design & Build office fit-out contractor is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join its growing London team. The role offers a hybrid working arrangement, combining office, site and home-based work.
This position would suit a Quantity Surveyor, Assistant Quantity Surveyor or Project Surveyor with experience in office fit-out, interiors, or refurbishment projects, looking to further develop their commercial and pre-construction experience.
Key responsibilities:
*Commercial management of office fit-out projects
*Cost planning, budgeting and procurement
*Preparation and management of valuations and variations
*Subcontractor management and order placement
*Final accounts and client negotiation
*Supporting pre-construction estimating and tendering
*Managing multiple small works projects up to £200k in value
The business is a £50m turnover Design & Build contractor with over 20 years’ experience, delivering integrated in-house services across design, fit-out, furniture and project delivery.
