London | Hybrid Working | £50,000 – £60,000 + Bonus + Benefits
A well-established Design & Build office fit-out contractor is seeking a Pre-Construction Manager to join its growing London team. The role offers a hybrid working arrangement across office, site, and home.
This position would suit candidates with experience in Estimating, Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or Pre-Construction, ideally within the office fit-out or interiors sector.
Key responsibilities:
*Pre-construction estimating and cost planning
*Preparation of tender submissions and pricing
*Procurement and subcontractor management
*Commercial management of live projects
*Valuations, variations, and final accounts
*Client liaison and project handover
*Managing multiple small works fit-out projects (up to £200k)
The business is a £50m turnover Design & Build contractor with over 20 years’ experience, delivering full in-house services including design, fit-out, and furniture.
