Permanent – Office Based
Our client is seeking a proactive concierge to act as the first point of contact for residents and visitors within a busy residential environment. This is ideal for someone with a background in hospitality, property or security who thrives in a front-of-house role.
What you’ll do:
*Deliver exceptional front-of-house service to residents, visitors, and contractors.
*Act as the main point of contact for all queries and issue resolution.
*Manage parcels, deliveries, and secure handover procedures.
*Carry out building patrols and support health & safety compliance.
*Assist with amenity bookings and daily resident services.
*Liaise with maintenance and operational teams where required.
*Maintain accurate shift handovers and clear team communication.
Who you are:
*Previous experience in hospitality, property, security, or a similar customer-facing role.
*Strong communication skills with a high level of attention to detail.
*Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
*Flexible and comfortable working shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
*Hands-on team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
