Job Title: Picking/Packing Operative
Location: Croydon
Hours:
*Monday to Friday
*06:00 - 16:00
Salary: £12.71 per hour
Responsibilities:
*Picking and Packing: Accurately pick and pack items for customer orders, ensuring correct items and quantities are selected.
*Making Kits: Assemble kits according to customer specifications, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
*Delivering Goods: Prepare goods for delivery, ensuring flexibility and a choice of shipping methods.
*General Warehouse Duties: Assist with other tasks as needed, including maintaining cleanliness and organization in the warehouse, some heavy lifting involved.
Requirements:
*Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is required
*Attention to Detail: Meticulous in performing quality and quantity checks to ensure all goods meet our high standards.
*Reliable and Hardworking: Dependable with a strong work ethic, consistently showing up on time and ready to work.
*Flexible: Willing to work rotating shifts and adapt to various tasks as needed.
*Physically Fit: Capable of performing manual handling tasks.
*Good Communication Skills: Able to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
