*Manage all accounting operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll.
*Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements and coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting.
*Ensure compliance with all financial and legal regulations, as well as internal policies.
*Oversee the preparation of budgets and forecasts to support strategic planning.
*Monitor cash flow and implement effective strategies to optimise financial performance.
*Analyse financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
*Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
*Lead and develop the finance team to ensure high levels of performance and engagement.
Profile
*A professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
*Proven experience in financial management within manufacturing.
*Strong technical accounting knowledge and the ability to interpret financial data effectively.
*Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting systems.
*Excellent organisational and leadership skills to manage a finance team successfully.
*A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
*Strong communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
