About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Immigration Officer to join our busy and well-established law firm on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and client-focused professional to support our immigration team and work on a broad range of UK immigration matters.
The successful candidate will assist clients throughout the immigration process, ensuring applications are prepared accurately, deadlines are met, and exceptional client service is delivered at every stage.
Key Responsibilities*Managing a caseload of immigration matters under supervision.

*Preparing and submitting UK visa, settlement, and citizenship applications.

*Liaising directly with clients to gather documentation and information.

*Monitoring case progress and maintaining accurate records.

*Supporting compliance with UK immigration rules and procedures.

*Drafting correspondence and legal documentation.

*Providing excellent client service throughout the application process.

*Working collaboratively with solicitors and legal support teams.

About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:
*Previous experience working within immigration law or an immigration-focused environment.

*Strong knowledge of UK immigration processes and visa categories.

*Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

*Strong communication and client relationship skills.

*The ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines.

*Experience using case management systems is desirable.

*A proactive and professional approach to work.
