Full job descriptionI’m working with a rapidly expanding, specialist block and property management company in South West London that is looking to appoint a Head of Property Management to join its growing team.
This is a key leadership position within a dynamic and ambitious business, offering the opportunity to play a significant role in shaping the future direction of the company as it continues its growth journey.
The successful candidate will be an experienced property management professional with:
*Proven leadership and team management experience
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
*Strong financial acumen, particularly around service charge budgeting and expenditure control
*Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
*A thorough understanding of current property management legislation, compliance requirements, health and safety regulations, and industry best practice
*The ability to drive operational standards and continuously improve processes and performance
