Full job descriptionCampbell Grove Talent is working with a growing accountancy firm in Elland to recruit an Accountant to join their friendly and experienced team.

What you’ll do:
*Prepare accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies.
*Prepare VAT returns, tax returns and financial statements.
*Liaise with clients to gather information, answer queries and build strong relationships.
*Manage your own workload to meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
*Support colleagues and contribute to improving processes and client service.
*Identify opportunities to add value for clients and support business growth.
What we’re looking for:
*Experience of working in Practice
*AAT qualified or studying/qualified ACCA/ACA
*Strong knowledge of UK accounting principles and tax compliance.
*Experience with software such as IRIS, Sage, Xero or QuickBooks (training can be provided).
*Excellent attention to detail, organisation and communication skills.
*A proactive, positive approach and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
