Full job descriptionA well-established accountancy practice located in North West London is seeking a Qualified Accounts Senior with approximately 2 years’ post-qualification experience to join their growing team.
The firm has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, personalised service to a diverse portfolio of clients across a range of sectors. This is an excellent opportunity to join a close-knit, supportive practice where you will work directly with the partners and play a key role in the continued development of the business.
This role is essentially suited to someone with solid practice experience, gained in a UK accountancy firm environment.
Key Responsibilities:
*Preparation of year-end accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies
*Preparation of management accounts
*Corporation tax and personal tax computations
*Direct client liaison, including responding to queries and providing advice
*Supporting junior team members where required
*Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, deadlines and internal procedures
*Assisting with ad hoc advisory assignments
*Building and maintaining strong long-term client relationships
About You:
*ACA or ACCA qualified
*Practice experience within a UK accountancy firm - essential
*Experience working on accounts, tax and compliance assignments - essential
*A minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification experience
*Strong technical accounting knowledge and excellent attention to detail
*Confident using CCH and/or Xero (or similar accounting software)
