Must have’s*Minimum of two years’ experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade industry
*Full UK driving licence
*Excellent customer service and communication skills
*Strong organisational and time management skills
*Ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues
*High attention to detail
*Professional, proactive and customer-focused approach
*Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
So, what will you be doing?*Welcoming customers and managing their service journey from vehicle drop-off through to collection
*Booking vehicles in for servicing and repairs
*Checking vehicle history, recalls, warranties and service plans
*Liaising with workshop, parts and sales departments to ensure vehicles are completed on time
*Keeping customers updated on the progress of their vehicle and obtaining approval for additional work
*Arranging courtesy cars, loan vehicles and customer travel where required
*Explaining completed work and invoices clearly during vehicle handover
*Maintaining up-to-date manufacturer product knowledge through ongoing training
*Ensuring all legal and company procedures are followed
*Delivering an outstanding customer experience throughout the service process
Helpful extras*Experience within a premium automotive dealership would be advantageous
*Commitment to continuous professional development and manufacturer training
