The Roles & ResponsibilitiesSenior Lettings Negotiator*Market Mastery: Proactively seek out, retain, and secure new business while managing premium property listings.
*Deal Generation: Conduct high-volume viewings, manage and maintain a hyper-accurate applicant database, and close lucrative deals.
*Client Relations: Deliver flawless, regular feedback to landlords and applicants, ensuring a seamless journey.
*Target Crusher: Bring a self-motivated, "can-do" attitude to consistently smash monthly and quarterly targets.
Junior Lettings Negotiator*Applicant Management: Register fresh applicants and expertly match premium properties to their specific needs.
*Viewings & Closures: Conduct energetic property viewings, negotiate offers, and close deals (with dedicated, expert managerial support to fast-track your skills).
*Liaison Hub: Act as the key point of contact between landlords, tenants, and clients to build lasting professional relationships.
The Ideal Candidate*Experience: Minimum of 1 year of proven success in residential lettings or sales (essential for both roles).

Working Hours*Monday – Thursday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
*Friday: 9:00am – 5:30pm
