Job Description:
Full job descriptionWe’re partnering with a development management and project management consultancy for luxury hospitality and residential properties in the UK and internationally. They’re looking for a newley qualified management accountant to join their growing team in London.
Duties:
*The timely and accurate preparation of monthly management accounts for the Company and related client entities, including preparation of:*Profit & Loss with analytical review
*Balance Sheet with full supporting schedules
*Cash flow Statement
*Funding request
*Ad hoc reports
*Partnering with project and operations teams to ensure effective and efficient financial management of the business, building insightful financial reporting
*Monitoring overall cash position on a regular basis to ensure business needs are met
*Preparing and reviewing cash flow projections / forecasts.
*Assisting the Financial Controller with the design and implementation of improved financial processes and controls.
*Management of the outsourced finance function
*Acting as liaison with auditors, providing financial data and information as required.
*Undertaking research on VAT / tax related issues as needed.
*Assisting the Financial Controller with the design and implementation of improved financial processes and controls.
What they will offer:
Job title: Management Accountant
Salary: £DOE + 10% discretionary bonus
Working Structure: 5 days on site
Working hours: 9am - 5:30pm
Location: London
