An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Production Manager to join a growing precision engineering manufacturer supplying innovative products to the automotive sector.
Whether you’re an experienced Production Manager or an ambitious Team Leader, Cell Manager or Shift Manager ready to take the next step, this role offers the chance to make a real impact and put your own stamp on the operation.
The Role
*Lead and develop a multi-shift production team.
*Drive safety, quality, delivery and productivity across the manufacturing operation.
*Plan resources to maximise efficiency and meet customer demand.
*Work closely with Engineering, Quality, Purchasing and Warehousing.
*Monitor KPIs and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
*Experience within a fast-paced manufacturing or engineering environment.
*Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop people.
*Able to read and interpret engineering drawings.
*Organised, proactive and focused on delivering results.
*Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience would be advantageous.
