Full job descriptionWe’re seeking a skilled Property Manager to join our Nottingham office. You’ll be a main point of contact for landlords and tenants, overseeing maintenance, legal compliance, tenancy progression, and much more. *£27800 to £33500 OTE per year, consisting of £20000-£27500 base salary and additional £6000+ earnings expected through uncapped commission scheme

What you’ll be doing as a Property Manager at haart Estate Agents in Nottingham
*Booking and conducting property inspections
*Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals
*Co-ordinating with contractors, to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties
*Deposit returns
*Resolving rental arrears
*Processing eviction requests
*Ensuring properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards
*Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
*Managing complaints
*Completing all check in and check out procedures, inc. full inventory reports

The skills and abilities you will need to be a Property Manager at haart Estate Agents in Nottingham
*Minimum 1+ years’ previous experience in a Property Manager role
*Outstanding customer service
*Good telephone manner
*IT skills
