We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented finance administrator to join our clients team on a part-time basis. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for flexible part-time hours with the potential for longer-term development and increased hours after time.
Key Responsibilities:
*Processing and monitoring company credit card payments, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and any discrepancies are identified and resolved
*Posting purchase invoices onto the accounting system in a timely and accurate manner, maintaining up-to-date financial records
*Carrying out supplier statement reconciliations, investigating and resolving any differences to ensure accounts are fully aligned
*Liaising with suppliers where necessary to clarify account queries or obtain missing documentation
*Assisting with the maintenance of financial records and ensuring all documentation is filed correctly and efficiently
*Supporting general accounts administration tasks, including data entry, document management, and ad hoc duties as required by the finance team
Requirements:
*Previous experience in a similar accounts or finance role preferred
*Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
*Basic knowledge of accounting processes and systems
*Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
