Full job descriptionAre you an experienced Internal Sales Account Manager with excellent customer service skills? We’re looking for a motivated and organised individual to join our friendly and successful team. Someone with experience of the construction/building industry is beneficial.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established and growing business where you’ll play a key role in supporting existing customers, identifying new business opportunities (No cold calling), and helping to drive continued growth.
Responsibilities:
*Build and maintain strong relationships with a number of existing customers, encouraging repeat business.
*Identify and develop new sales opportunities.
*Provide accurate quotations, pricing and product information.
*Process customer orders efficiently and accurately.
*Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
*Monitor market activity and identify potential opportunities.
*Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.
*Support company promotional and customer events as required.
About You:
*Previous experience in a customer service/internal sales role.
*Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
*Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
*The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
*Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
*A proactive attitude and a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
