Our client is a fast growing mortgage company revolutionising the process of lending. Expanding their team and searching for a Customer Coordinator.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our growing Customer Coordination team.
This is a predominantly telephone-based role, so confidence speaking with customers, building rapport over the phone, and delivering excellent customer service are essential. You will spend the majority of your working day contacting and supporting customers, managing relationships, arranging appointments, and helping guide clients through their journey.
Role:
As a Customer Coordinator, you will support clients and advisors throughout all stages of the mortgage journey, from initial enquiry through to completion. You will play an important role in delivering excellent customer service, converting opportunities into business, scheduling advisor appointments, and maintaining strong client relationships.
*Manage customer interactions throughout the mortgage process, including pre-application and post-completion support.
*Spend the majority of your day speaking with customers via telephone, providing guidance and support.
*Help customers prepare for appointments and ensure they have the information required.
*Manage advisor diaries and arrange appointments for new and existing customers.
*Contact and manage customers through various channels including CRM systems, introducer networks, and social media.
*Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service and regular communication.
*Progress opportunities and support customers throughout their journey.
*Manage and prioritise multiple tasks effectively.
The successful candidate will be proactive, organised, and comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls. You will be responsible for overcoming objections, explaining the benefits of our services, identifying opportunities, and ensuring every customer receives a positive and professional experience.
