This is a remote, field-based role offering the flexibility to manage your own diary while spending the majority of your time visiting prospective customers, building relationships and generating qualified business leads.

As a Sales Lead Generator, you will be responsible for:
*Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities.
*Visit prospective commercial customers to introduce the company’s services.
*Build relationships with business owners, purchasing managers and decision-makers.
*Generate qualified leads and appointments for the sales team.
*Conduct face-to-face visits, networking and cold calling activities.
*Maintain an organised pipeline of prospective customers.
*Accurately record customer interactions and sales activity.
*Represent the business professionally at all times.
*Work towards agreed lead generation and appointment targets.


The ideal candidate will be:
*Previous experience in sales, lead generation or business development.
*Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
*Highly motivated and able to work independently.
*Experience within industrial, manufacturing, construction, engineering, recycling or waste management sectors is highly desirable
*Confident approaching new businesses.
*B2B sales experience.
*Strong organisational and time management skills.
*Full UK Driving Licence.
*Own reliable vehicle.
*Willingness to travel throughout South Yorkshire and surrounding counties.
