Key ResponsIbilities:
*Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients while developing new business opportunities
*Delivering tailored recruitment solutions based on client needs
*Sourcing, attracting and engaging high-calibre candidates using a range of search strategies
*Managing the full recruitment process from briefing through to offer and onboarding
*Providing a high level of service to both clients and candidates
*Working alongside a successful and experienced team
Key Requirements:
*Minimum of 4 years’ UK experience in agency recruitment, ideally within professional services
*Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent attention to detail
*Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
*Proactive, motivated and commercially driven
*Able to work independently while contributing to a team environment
*Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
