Description
*Undertake legal research and support ongoing risk projects
*Assist with client due diligence and on-boarding questionnaires
*Review client terms, codes of conduct and billing guidelines
*Identify and highlight key legal and commercial risks
*Respond to internal queries on regulatory and policy matters
*Liaise with internal teams to gather and coordinate information
*Support firm-wide initiatives, including technology implementation
*Collaborate closely with senior risk lawyers and business teams
Profile
A successful Risk Paralegal should have:
*Law degree (UK or equivalent)
*Strong academic background and attention to detail
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Confident managing multiple tasks and deadlines
*Strong research and analytical ability
*Proactive and able to work both independently and as part of a team
*Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
